RUFC - View From The Opposition - Oxford

Rotherham United Manager Paul Warne was pleased with the three points from last nights game over Oxford even though he thought his team didn't look as comfortable as they had done in previous games.

Meanwhile Oxford's Caretaker Boss Derek Fazackerley was hugely frustrated.

Speaking to the Oxford Mail, Mr Fazackerley said, 'We didn't help ourselves. Undoubtedly we should have done better for the first two goals.

'We had a reasonable spell in the second half but then conceded a third.

'In terms of  energy, enthusiasm and desire the performance was certainly decent.

'They`re (Rotherham) on a twelve game unbeaten run and the confidence in their players was evident. In terms of possession we had the same as Rotherham, but they were better in both penalty areas.'

Joe Mattock was back in the starting line-up for the Millers with Michael Ihiekwe, who had replaced him last week, nowhere to be seen. Rovers also made one change with Ben Whiteman replacing the injured Luke McCullough.

It was a scrappy start to the game and although Rovers
