Knill Post Sacking

Knill Post Sacking

Ex-Rotherham United manager, Alan Knill, told TEAMtalk that he felt like he'd been manager for ten years and not one.

Knill remained philosophical over his sacking saying, 'Obviously I'm disappointed, but that's football. Some things go for you, some don't. I won't be the last manager to be sacked and I will learn from this.

'I had no real warning. I got the call on Wednesday and it was over, but I'm not going to whinge and moan about it.

'In that one year I have seen everything a manager could see. I am very proud of my achievements at Rotherham.'
