Facey - 'Win Boosts Confidence'

Rotherham United striker, Delroy Facey has been speaking to MillersWorld this morning.

'I am more appreciative of the fact that we got a win than that I scored two goals,' he said, 'it's a pity I couldn't get a hat-trick but as long as we got three points that's all that I'm bothered about.

'The win has boosted confidence in the team but we always knew we had it in us. It would have been nice to keep a clean sheet but getting four goals at home is a great achievement for us after the terrible run we've been on.

'You know, three or four wins on the bounce and that's twelve points and that puts us right back in it. You have to have optimism.'

His thoughts on Mark Robins?

'I've played a couple of reserve games so know Mark Robins. He talks to the lads and boosts confidence. If he went for the managers job I would back him 100%'
