Millers Fans - Run For Charity

Rotherham United fans have been asked to lend their support to Sheffield for the day and join in this years Theo's 10k race for the Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity.

The race takes place on 15th April at Graves Park and any monies raised will go towards the Patient Interactive System Appeal - this is a system which will be at every bedside and provide free entertainment and educational facilities to every patient.

Simon Athey, Fundraiser for the charity, told the Official Site, 'we see a large number of patients from Rotherham who need specialist care and we are hoping Rotherham United fans will help us to raise money which will help to make young patients stay in hospital a brighter experience.'

A 2k family fun run will also take place on the same day.

Entry is £10 per person for the 10k run and £4 per person for the family fun run.

The closing date for entries is 3 April 2007.
