Even stevens all the way on March 14th back in Rotherham United's history.

Last time out on this date was last years visit of Ronnie Moore's Oldham Athletic to Millmoor, and it was another ex-Miller, Chris Swailes who put in his own net to give Rotherham a 21st minute lead.
5 minutes from time and Paul McLaren doubled the lead for the home team.
McLaren obviously is still with Ronnie Moore at Tranmere.

Another victory on this date back in 1992 over Northampton Town at The County Ground, set Rotherham on our way to promotion that season.
Dean Barrick and Shaun Goodwin scored first half goals and despite a Steve Brown consolation after the break The Millers held on to keep us in 4th position.

The 2-2 draw with Mansfield in 1998 brought the most unlikely goalscoring hero.
Steve Whitehall scored 2 to give Mansfield an early lead at Millmoor, before Alan Knill stepped up after 32 minutes with a brace in 3 minutes to salvage a point
