Millers board to announce soon ?

Drawing up a short list of candidates for the job of Rotherham United manager will be next on the agenda for Chairman Denis Coleman and the board.

It is possible that the new boss will be in his office by March 27th, the date of the next home game against Blackpool, or even earlier.
The transfer deadline is next Thursday and any managerial appointment after that date would mean the new man would be unable to bring anybody else in to play in the last few games of the season.

2 of the names being bandied about are Keith Alexander, the former Peterborough and Lincoln boss, and Sheffield born Micky Adams.
Mark Robins is the Caretaker manager at present and has said he hasn't applied officially for the job.
Whether or not the new board make Robins their first ever Managerial appointment remains to be seen.
