As the relegation haunted Millers make their way south for tomorrows crucial match with lowly Brentford, Millers caretaker boss, Mark Robins tells his troops "We've got to come out fighting".
Robins told The Rotherham Advertiser, "There's still a long way to go and if we win at Brentford and then get off the bottom it gives us something to aim at, especially having a game in hand.
We have got to fight our way out of this."
He added, "We've got to get over the current mindset and learn from last Saturday's defeat.
We have to play as a team and not blame individuals-we're all in this and I'll certainly be looking for a response this weekend."
