Coleman on the players

Rotherham United's Chairman, Denis Coleman, has today been speaking on the Radio Sheffield phone in, Praise or Grumble.He talked about the current squad

'The lads gave everything last week,' he said 'and that's all you can ask of them'. There are somedays when you want to give them a kick-up the backside and yes, there are players in the squad who are on contracts which means you are stuck with until they run out.

'All the players are playing for a contract and i am speaking to the young players next week. I will speak to the senior players after that. He was asked what he thought of nineteen year old defender Stephen Brogan, 'the lad is Rotherham through and through and I will be talking to him on Monday.'
