Coleman on Moore

Rotherham United chairman Denis Coleman has spoken about the possible return of former fans favourite Ronnie Moore to Millmoor as Manager.

Coleman who is a big fan of the current Tranmere boss, has said he would consider having him back, but a source has said that it is a definate non-starter.

Moore is less than half way through his 2 year contract at Prenton Park and is also looking to rent property in the area.

Coleman told the Rotherham Advertiser, 'Ronnie's name is always going to be associated with Rotherham, but the chances of him being our next manager are very unlikely'.

Ronnie is pushing for a play-off place at Tranmere, while we are facing League two Football. The facts speak for themselves'.

Coleman added, I'm big fan of Ronnie's, i always have been. if he were out of work then he would be top of the list, but he's not. He's the Manager of another club'.
