Head 2 Head, Millers V Blackpool

Head 2 Head, Millers V Blackpool

31 fixtures over the years between the two clubs can't seperate them as 13 games have been won by both sides, with 5 draws.
Blackpool have the slenderest of advantages by just one goal, as they have scored 42 compared to our 41.

Last time out was a 1-0 victory to The Millers at Bloomfield Road last August.
Will Hoskins scoring the only goal 12 minutes from time.

Last game at Millmoor ended in one of the performances of the season as we trounced The Seasiders 4-0.
Deon Burton scored a second half hat trick, following on from a John Mullin opener on 40 minutes.
Another 4-0 Millers victory took place in November 1980 as a Ronnie Moore hat trick added to a Mick Gooding goal lifted The Millers to 4th place in Division 3.
Blackpool's last win at Millmoor came in August 1996 as they came away with a 2-1 victory.
Andy Hayward opened the scoring for Rotherham on the stroke of half time, before second half goals from Lee Philpott and Andy Preece earned Blackpool all 3 points.

i Always remember Ian Banks 30 yard last minute winner in 3-2 win in 1992. I jumped up missed the step on landing and twisted my ankle. In pain for several days, but very happy.
