Jepson - 'We invited Millers to win'

Rotherham United beat Gillingham yesterday at Millmoor with goals from Delroy Facey,Chris O'Grady and Marc Newsham and the Gills manager wasn't happy.

Ronnie Jepson warned his players that they might not be here next season according to Gillsconnect.com.

'In the second half we had no passion,' he said,'the players did not go out there and do what was asked of them and only a few of them came out of the match with any credit. We defended deep and invited Rotherham to take all three points.'

He told Radio Kent, 'we are not safe yet. The players have something to prove to me otherwise they may not be here next season.'

I rather got the impression from some Gills fans that it is the manager they would rather not be there next season - is this right?
