Referee, Millers v Cheltenham

The Referee chosen to officiate Rotherham United's final home game of the season on Saturday against Cheltenham Town is...

Mr Scott Mathieson from Cheshire.

Mr Mathieson was born on 31st March 1963, and began refereeing around Stockport and Cheshire before progressing to the Northern League.
He was promoted to the Football League assistant Referee's list in 1990, before making the National list of Referee's in 1994.
His biggest moments so far, came in the 2001-2002 season when he was chosen as 4th official at the Worthington Cup Final between Blackburn and Tottenham as well as the FA Vase Final at Villa Park.

His most recent games in charge of a Millers game make grim reading for all United fans.
