'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Injury News from Millmoor

Rotherham United's physio, Dennis Circuit, has told the Official Site that they will be without both Colin Murdock and Eugen Bopp for the last two games.

Murdock, who is out of contract at the end of the season, has to have a hernia operation next Wednesday evening. Mr Circuit said, 'Colin went to see a specialist and has to have this operation. He has had a stop-start season but aims to be fit for the start of next season.'

'Eugen has an ankle brace on, which he has to wear for three months. This is limiting his training so he is just able to do gym work. He is expected to return to fitness early to mid July and all is on schedule for that. He is going to Lilleshall next week.'

Gregor Robertson and Sam Duncum are both working hard and Mr Circuit said, 'Sam is coming on well but he is very frustrated. He was recovering from a knee operation and about a month ago had a set-back with an injured hamstring.

'Gregor is OK as far as his fitness goes and running but, on medical advice, we have been told to leave him until the close season. He still can't strike a ball so we have to leave him as long as we can.'

The good news for all Millers fans is that Martin Woods should be fit for this Saturday's home game against Cheltenham Town.
