Mr Mike P Russell from Hertfordshire.

Mr Russell was born on 20th April 1965 and after working his way through the Hertfordshire local leagues, he was promoted to the list of Assistant Referees in 2001.
3 years later he progressed to the National list of Referees.
This will be his first appointment at a game involving Rotherham United.
