Woods in Scunthorpe Link

Rotherham United's Player of the Year, Martin Woods, is wanted by Scunthorpe United.

Scunthorpe, who signed Sheffield United's Kevan Hurst yesterday, today admitted that they are interested in twenty-one year old Woods.

Woods joined the Millers just before the start of the season and, after an indifferent start, has recently become a fans favourite at Millmoor scoring a couple of 'wonder' goals and it is rumoured he had caught the eye of scouts from Wolves.

The Scot, who joined from Sunderland, has a year left on his contract at Millmoor.

But, will the lure of The Championship with The Iron be too much to say 'no' too? We can only wait and see.

I know Warney says 'no' but do you think we need a defensive coach?
