Henderson - No Millers Return?

Former Rotherham United loanee, Ian Henderson, looks unlikely to return to play for The Millers next season.

Mark Robins has told The Star that the player enjoyed his time at Millmoor but he feels he needs to keep his options open.

'I understand and respect that,' said Robins. 'It is not necessarily closed and we will have to wait and see what happens. But, we have other irons in the fire.'

Twenty-two year old Henderson was on loan from Norwich, who have decided not to offer him a new contract.

He made eighteen appearances for the first team, originally playing down the middle but recently has been playing wide right. He only managed to score one goal, that coming in the 2-4 defeat at home to Cheltenham Town, whilst at Millmoor.

Whatever you decided, good luck Hendo!

I like Henderson, loved his attitude. Sorry he won't be staying. But good luck all the same.

Never saw the best of Hendo unfortunately. His best game was probably his last.
