'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Robins - Why I Want Cahill

As we reported earlier this week, Rotherham United are on the verge of signing twenty-year old Tom Cahill from Matlock Town.

Millers manager, Mark Robins, told TeamTalk that he is confident Cahill will be a hit.

'He's got a good touch,' Robins said, 'and his work ethic will help him make the grade in the Football League. His attitude is different class and, from what I've seen of the lad, he has all the attributes required.

'He has turned down a scholarship in America so the lad obviously has something about him.'

Robins also went on to say that he hopes things will be tied up shortly.

Goodo. Sounds like another Michael McIndoe, but without the attitude.
