Millers - Today's The Day
As reported on Vital at the end of last week, the court case revolving around Rotherham United and CF Booth Limited, takes place today at Leeds High Court.
Lawyers for the Booth company are expected to ask for dismissal of claims by the club that the ownership of the ground by the Booth company is based on 'sham' leases, says The Star.
CF Booth Limited took the club to court in February over unpaid rent but the club then made a counter claim launching High Court action.
Since February, as ordered, the club has been paying rent into an account which is held by the court.
Chairman, Denis Coleman, is expected to be one of the people representing the club today.
