Millers - Ed's Questions (3)

1. WHAT IS YOUR NAME, WHICH CLUB DO YOU SUPPORT AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU SUPPORTED THEM - Hi, I'm Blade 1889 and have been supporting the Blades for as long as I can remember. I've been a season ticket holder and travelled both home and away since the 1991/92 season.

2. DID YOUR TEAM DO AS WELL AS YOU EXPECTED THIS SEASON - If we'd managed a point against Wigan then we'd have done what I expected but to go down was sickening! Especially under the circumstances with West Ham!!!

3. WHAT WAS THE MOST DISAPPOINTING THING FOR YOU THIS SEASON - I've been most disappointed with our tactics away from home this season. Warnock has constantly played one up front which was not only frustrating to watch but eventually cost us our place in the league, along with West Ham cheating of course!

4.WHAT WAS THE BEST PART OF THE SEASON FOR YOU - The atmosphere at the Lane has been absolutely brilliant this season, and we've scored some great goals late on in matches! Charlton away was also great but in the end it all counted for nothing but still great memories!

5.WHICH PLAYER FOR YOUR TEAM THIS SEASON COULD YOU NOT HAVE DONE WITHOUT - Although Hulse got injured in March, we would have really struggled without him and his goals before that!

6.WHICH PLAYER WOULD YOU GLADLY GET RID OF - Everyone expected Danny Webber to do well this season but he's been absolutely useless and never even looked interested. He had a chance to redeem himself against Wigan but hit the post when one-on-one with keeper.

7. WHAT WAS THE BEST GAME YOU SAW THIS SEASON - My best memory from a game was the 1-0 win over Arsenal in December. The atmosphere in the last few minutes and following the final whistle was just amazing! 30,000 people were just screaming for the final whistle to go and went ballistic when it did! However, I'd probably say the best game was the 3-0 win over West Ham! We scored a couple of great goals and it just meant so much at the time!

8. WHERE DO YOU EXPECT TO SEE YOUR CLUB FINISH NEXT SEASON. DO YOU EXPECT THEM TO WIN ANYTHING - Next season all depends on how much of the current squad we keep and whose in charge? If we keep the majority of players then I'd hope we'd at least make playoffs.

9. IF YOU COULD HAVE ANY ONE PLAYER TO JOIN YOUR TEAM WHO WOULD IT BE - I've said it again and again but we still need a quality creative midfield player! The real problem seems to be that there aren't that many around but someone like Scholes would do very nicely for next season!

10. WHAT`S YOUR FAVOURITE TIPPLE - I'm a bitter man myself (in more ways than one at the minute!) and if I had to choose one drink it would be a nice pint of Absolution bitter!

Thanks for the answers - if Danny Webber hadn't hit the post and hit the back of the net would you still think he was useless!

Yes.... But he'd be a hero! A useless hero!!!

He might do a job for us next season in Champ to be fair but he was a complete flop this season! I would'nt be surprised to see him leave this Summer.
