RUFC - Where was Robins last night?

Rotherham United Manager, Mark Robins, went to Edgeley Park last night, to watch Stockport County's one-nil win over Tranmere in the First Round of the Carling Cup.

As the Millers face a trip to Stockport in the league later this month, Robins told The Star that the trip had been worth it.

'It enabled me to get another look at a team in our division and the sort of standard we are going to be facing week in, week out,' Robins said.

'But, we have to concentrate on tomorrow night now and we will have a lighter session today and put finishing touches to things.

'I also note that Hereford put out Yeovil last night, beating them four-one. This makes our draw with them a better result than we gave ourselves credit for at the time.'
