'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Robins post Posh

Rotherham United Manager, Mark Robins, has told the Official Site that he was satisfied with today's performance in the three-one win at home to Peterborough United.

'It was a good result and an excellent performance from the lads,' Robins said, 'but we can't afford to get carried away.

'We have to keep going, keep probing at the opposition and have to make sure we don't concede. We should have kept a clean sheet today.

'Marcus Bean, covering for the injured Stephen Brogan, came in and did well. He kept the play moving what is what we are looking for right now.

'Marc Joseph came in and Paul Hurst dropped to the bench. This was for height reasons - Hurst hasn't put a foot wrong in the past few games. The change was purely technical.'
