'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Tom Cahill

Rotherham United's striker, Tom Cahill, pulled on a Rotherham shirt for the first time on Wednesday evening after being out with an injury since he joined the Millers in the summer from Matlock Town.

Cahill had to have an operation on a cyst on his knee and came on for the last twenty-five minutes of the reserve game against Nottingham Forest and manager Mark Robins was pleased with the run out he had.

'It was good to see him playing again,' Robins told The Advertiser, 'he showed some nice touches. He was one of the bright spots of the night.'

Although I've never heard of him, it was nice to see him take part in the 2-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest
