RUFC - Robins call to the fans

Rotherham United manager, Mark Robins, has asked us, the fans, to be 'the twelth man' at the next two home games.

In The Advertiser today he has praised the thousand or so supporters who went to Stockport on Saturday and he wants them to make as much noise at the home games.

'Away supporters often generate a lot of noise,' Robins said, 'and we need our fans to do that at home and make Millmoor an intimidating place for other teams to come.

'If we can pick up six points in our next two home games then that will put us in a good position. If we keep up the right tempo for ninety minutes we will be OK but if we don't and play like we did in the first half at Stockport, then we've got problems.

'The noise the fans make really does help the players and the crowd can play their part at Millmoor tomorrow.'
