'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Robins waits on Sharps

Rotherham United Vital's joint man of match for August, Ian Sharps, is rated doubtful for the game on Saturday against Darlington.

Defender Sharps, who went off injured on Tuesday against Mansfield, after scoring the only goal of the game, has a hamstring problem.

Manager, Mark Robins, told The Advertiser,'We will be very disappointed if Ian misses out on Saturday, but that's football. Injuries crop up and you have to deal with it.'

A decision will be made today about Sharps and if the tall defender isn't fit then it is likely that Marc Joseph will switch to centre-half.

I like Joseph, but I don't think he's a patch on Sharps
