RUFC - Building for the Future
Rotherham United Chairman, Denis Coleman has told The Advertiser that he, and the board, are not going to get things right overnight.
'Bigger clubs than us have gone into freefall,' he said, 'but I would like to think we have stopped the rot.
'I want to remind people that our youth policy has developed into one of the best in the lower divisions. We get about one hundred and fifty lads who come every Sunday to play for Rotherham United in the Centre of Excellence. Who knows how many of them are going to make it into the first team?
'We are building for the future. We just ask people to keep with us and keep supporting us.'

Our Youth Policy is second to none. (I actually got shouted to by one of the Football in the Community, who work out of Millmoor, today - he told me to get off the road!!!)
