Get Down To Millmoor On Sunday

Tomorrow morning, Sunday, 30th September at 11 am, the John Breckin All Stars are taking on the Mel Sterland All Stars in a charity game for little Elysha Robertson from Whiston who has a disease so rare it yet has no name. Elysha, who has lost her hearing, needs round-the-clock care, and hopefully, the game on Sunday will raise funds that will help improve her quality of life.

Local referee, Howard Webb, will be the man in the middle and The Chuckle Brothers will be the men with the sponges!

Players, such as Tony Currie, Nigel Clough, Scott Sellers, Chrissie Waddle, Rich Finney, Andy Williams, Gerry Forrest, Mark Todd, Ronnie Moore and current Millers manager Mark Robins have promised to be there plus many more!

Admission is £5 per adult, £3 concession - there is a ticket for £12 that includes entrance to the Rotherham United Suite after the game where you will get pie and peas and a chance to meet the players.

So that's this Sunday, 30th September and kick-off is 11 am

See You There!!!

I can't wait. I wonder if Tony Currie will sit on the ball, like he did against Liverpool? Kevin Keegan spit his dummy out, picked up the ball, and went home in a strop, lol.
