RUFC - Robins on Cahill

Rotherham United striker, Tom Cahill, signed for the Millers in the summer from Matlock Town but got an injury more or less straight away so hadn't managed to play for the first team until today when he came on for Derek Holmes in the second half.

He has been playing in the Reserves trying to get his match fitness back and scored earlier this week against Lincoln.

Millers manager, Mark Robins, told Millersworld that he thought Cahill deserved a chance today and that it was time for him to get a run in the team.

'He's still a bit naive at times,' Robins said, 'but he was ever so unlucky not to get a goal today.'
