After Saturdays win at Dagenham and Redbridge the manager of Rotherham United has now to decide weather to stick with the 4-3-3 formation which worked so well or switch back to the more orthodox 4-4-2.
Manager Robins is quoted as saying that he was happy how it worked and he thought the players adapted well. He goes on to say that he thinks it suits the team and he has been thinking about introducing for some time. He got the opportunity to try it as he had Hudson and Mills back from injury and loan respectively.
The formation allowed for the likes of Hudson and Harrison to get forward beyond the strikers which would cause problems for the Dagenham defense.
All in all a good display from the millers and let`s see what formation we play in the next game, 3-5-2 anyone ?
