RUFC - Head-to-Head v Bury

The teams have met sixty-two times in the League up to date with Bury having the better of the results, winning twenty-nine to the Millers twenty-one. There have been twelve draws.

The last time the teams met in the league was in the 2000/01 season with the Millers losing 2-1 at home (a Bhutia goal was wiped out by Rob Scott on half time only for Adrian Littlejohn to win the game for the Shakers in the second half.) On New Years Day the Millers visited Gigg Lane and the result was 0-0, although the ref, Mr P Dowd, booked four Bury players and two Rotherham players that day).

The last time the Millers beat Bury was in the 1986/87 season when they did the double over them in the old English Division 3 - winning 2-1 at Millmoor and 2-0 at Gigg Lane

The teams have met seven times in the FA Cup with the Millers winning three of the games, Bury two and the others were drawn matches.
