RUFC - Robins on FA Cup

RUFC - Robins on FA Cup

Rotherham United start their FA Cup campaign on Sunday at The Lawn, the home of Forest Green Rovers.

Manager, Mark Robins, says he is not daunted by the potential 'egg on the face' game or the long trip to Gloucester.

The Blue Square Premier outfit are doing well at the moment and in their last two games have won two-nil in the league and four-one in the reply of the FA Cup against Eastleigh. So, maybe the Millers could be forgiven for running a bit scared but Robins told the Rotherham Record,'we could have had a worse draw. We are going to a new ground with a nice pitch and as an away team you can't ask for much more than that.

'We know it's going to be difficult and we will have to be on our toes.'

He also spoke about Stuart Fleetwood who seems to be scoring goals for fun at the moment for the non-league outfit, 'He's quick, direct and can be a real handful.

'They will be going all out to pull off a shock result and we have to make sure that that doesn't happen.'
