RUFC - Robins doesn't want replay

Rotherham United manager, Mark Robins, has told The Advertiser that he wants to 'finish it' on Sunday afternoon when his side travel to Forest Green Rovers for the First Round Proper of the FA Cup.

'We don't want any replays at this stage of the season,' the manager said, 'the league is our priority and there's always the risk of injuries if we have to play that extra game.

'And we won't be thinking that we only have to turn up to win. Forest Green are going well at the moment and they will fancy their chances. I don't want anyone taking this game lightly and that's what I'm hammering home to the players.

'We haven't had a good run in the cup for ages and it's important to do well to bring in the much needed revenue and maybe get a big club in the third round.'

IF there is a replay it will be at Millmoor on Tuesday, 20 November with a 7.45pm kick-off.

But, here's hoping we don't need one.

Could be a very tricky tie against a team who are doing very well in the conference this season. They also have the top striker in the country at the moment who is banging the goals in for fun. Even so you are in form at the moment and I think you will win 2-0.
