RUFC - News on Derek Holmes

Rotherham United striker, Derek Holmes has had to sit it out for the last few weeks with a broken foot.

The twenty-nine year old limped off in the Brentford away draw in October but the good news is that he should start training again next week.

Talking to The Star, Manager, Mark Robins, said, 'He's probably a week away from joining in. Then that will be another player back. Hopefully we'll get a fully fit squad.'

I was just wondering if he will find it easy to get back into the first team?

I think it will be another three weeks or so before he's really ready

good news if you ask me but think he will struggle to get back into the fist team until he's played a few reserve games
