'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Andy Warrington

Rotherham United goalkeeper, Andy Warrington, came in the summer from Bury after plying his trade at Doncaster and York before that and has firmly made the number one jersey his.

Today he spoke to MillersWorld about the forthcoming FA Cup game tomorrow night and Saturday's win over Accrington.

After keeping a clean sheet on Saturday thirty-one year old Warrington said, 'I was pleased but the most important thing is that we got the three points which makes it five wins on the bounce in the league and puts us in fourth spot. It was a good team performance. At the moment we are competative and we like to play from the back. There's a lot of good footballers in the team who like it played to feet and defensively we are a good side.

'It's a big game tomorrow for Forest Green and we don't want an upset. We know we didn't give a good account of ourselves in the first half at their place. We want to put the record straight and be in the next round at Swindon.'
