'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Players in Town

Rotherham United players will be in Rotherham Town Centre today with hopes of promoting the club.

The players will be meeting fans in the Rotherham Visitors' Centre in All Saints' Square to promote club merchandise such as the football shirts, Christmas cards, aprons and much more, which can all be purchased today.

Tony Styles, Rotherham's Commercial Manager, told The Advertiser that the club are always looking out for ways to 'reach the fans' and 'make sure that our name has a high profile in the community.

'Being able to sell our merchandise in such a great town centre location is a big boost.'

(Footnote - I do NOT want a RUFC apron - thank you!)
