RUFC - Pitch Good

Rotherham United's head groundsman, Bill Corby seems confident that the game on Saturday will go ahead.

Speaking to The Official Site he said, 'I was surprised that the game at Bradford was called off last Saturday as our pitch was fine. There has been no time in the last seven days that we could not have played on our pitch.

'Even after the hammering it took in the last home game, the pitch is looking really good. The covers we purchased last year were a great investment and are doing their job.

'The forecast is looking good over Christmas and looks like it will be getting milder. I can't see us having any problems.'
