MR DAVID FOSTER from Tyne and Wear
David is in his 2nd full season on the National List of Referee's, after being on the Assistant Referee's list since 2001-2002.
Despite being a relative newcomer, he has already taken charge of 3 previous Millers games, all of which were at Millmoor, and all of which were won by Rotherham.
His first Millers outing was the famous 5-1 win over Crewe in October 2006 which won Alan Knill the Manager of the Month award.
This game being won with 10 men, as Midfielder Eugen Bopp was sent off for a second bookable offence.
Captain Colin Murdock was the only other recipient of a yellow card.
David's next Millmoor appearence came in March 2007 and a 1-0 win over Blackpool, which gave us a League double over the Seasiders that season.4 players were booked that day, but only Keeper Neil Cutler from the Rotherham team.
David's latest visit to Millmoor saw him keep his cards firmly in his pocket as we beat Mansfield Town 3-2 in October 2007.
This season he has officiated at 15 games, handing out 42 yellows and 4 reds.
The latest red being shown to Crewe's Gary Roberts for a second bookable in their 4-0 home defeat to Doncaster on December 22nd.
Mr Foster will be assisted on Saturday by,
