'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - FAO - The Club

It looks like it`s going to be a full house on Saturday - which can only be a good thing for the club and the town as a whole. It will be great to see and hear so many Millers at Millmoor again.

My plea to the club is that they have everything in order for our biggest crowd for sometime at Millmoor on Saturday.

I hope there are enough Match day Programmes, enough pies, crisps and pop.
I hope they have employed all the stewards available to help people to find their seats, after all, most of these have been with the club years and know the ground as well as anyone.
I hope someone has been round the loo`s and put a bit of bleach down, given them a bit of a dust and that there are plenty of paper towels and loo rolls and a bit of soap.
It would be nice to have something happening at half-time to carry on the entertainment.

I know these may be daft, little things, but it`s the detail to the little things that can make the day for most people and make them want to return. We, the so called 'die-hards`, are used to Millmoor and have come to accept what we have but we have to look at it from the view of someone who hasn`t been before or for a long time.

When all this is done, it`s down to Mark and the team, and if they play like they did last weekend at Lincoln, then the biggest crowd will be entertained!

Here`s to a good game and a good experience for the new or returning fans.

As Derek Dalton would have said,

UP THE MILLERS

Well said Caz!! Re the half-time entertainment at away grounds, it's had a brilliant reception from Millers fans. Have you mentioned this to the Millmoor hieracrchy?
rybel_b
