'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Robins Post Wycombe

Rotherham United either gained a point or dropped two at Millmoor, depending on how you look at things, against Wycombe Wanderers.

Manager, Mark Robins, told The Official Site, 'We should have put the game to bed in the first half.

'I think it will prove to be a decent point although it was frustrating to concede a goal like that especially as we created the better chances. The pitch was heavy and that played it's part but we huffed and puffed as well.

'It was disappointing not to take all three points and a second goal in the first half would have made all the difference. They changed their shape a couple of times and had more possession and came into the game more in the second half. We didn't have any real quality in the second half. As a group we have to learn that teams will change their shape and we have to be wise as to what to do and that's work for the training ground.

'But it's another point against a team who are around us in the table.

'It was brilliant to have our supporters in the Railway End and hopefully those fans will come back for the rest of the season - we could certainly do with their support.'

To me it was a game of missed chances again. We have to start taking those early chances and then clubs won't be able to come back at us as much
