MR ANDREW M PENN.....WEST MIDLANDS

Born on October 25th 1971, Andy qualified as a Referee in 1986.
He became a Football League assistant Referee in 1996 before being promoted to the National list of Referee's in 2002.
In 2004 he took charge of the Birmingham Senior Cup Final and a FA Vase semi.

So far this season he has been the Man in the middle 23 times, handing out 50 yellows (2.17 per game) and showing Red 4 times.
His latest sending off was for Sc**thorpe's Andy Butler during their 1-0 win over Charlton at Glanford Park last Saturday.

This will be the 4th time he has officiated at a Rotherham United game with mixed results for the Millers in the previous 3.
