RUFC - Dons Assistant Managers View

Rotherham United got a one all draw against MK Dons at stadium:mk this afternoon and the home sides assistant manager had this to say to their Official Site

'Firstly we want to wish Stephen Brogan all the best and hopefully he will be back playing soon and that his career takes a turn for the better after this. Willy Gueret's heartbroken in the dressing room, which shows how severe it was.

'It was a pleasing performance from our lads though they didn't get everything they deserved. Our first half performance was as good as anything you are going to see but when the lad unfortunately broke his leg it took the tempo out of it.

'It was disappointing that we had chances to win and didn't take them. No matter who you are every team is going to get their fifteen minutes in the game and they've hit a screamer of a goal. When a lad hits a goal like that you can't do much about it - it was a fantastic strike.'
