I hope this new forum will be used by all our local non-league football sides to come and tell us what's happening in their world of football.

But anyone can talk on this forum about non-league football.
If you've been to a local game then let us know about it.

Welcome All

Hopefully this forum can drum up a little PR for the local non league scene. Not just you Evo-Stick, NCEL and County seniors but also some news regarding local leagues and pub football (some great stories come out of Sunday Morning Games.

I first got into the following Parkgate after following my beloved Sheffield Wednesday (Please don't boot me off) became too expensive week in, week out. Plus it also became incredibly depressing!

If you like proper football, massive tackles, good prices and atmosphere get down to your local non-league outfit! (When Rotherham aren't playing of course).

I like non-league too Mos. Sheffield FC [the oldest team] are just down the road from us in Dronfield. We've been there a few times.

Really enjoyed that friendly at Ilkeston last season, and now looking forward to Alfreton!

Only just stumbled on this section.

Although I don't get to many non league matches, I do follow all results throughout the pyramid and wondered if people would be interested in me reporting certain scores back?

Just the scores, scorers (when available) attendance and league position like. Something for people to look at.

Teams of interest?

Maltby Main, Parkgate, Millmoor Juniors, Phoenix, Dinnington Town, Kiveton Park, Swallownest, Sheffield FC, Hallam FC, Worksop Town, Handsworth Parramore, Staveley MW. Oh and local to me, Frechville FC!

If you think of any others let me know, if indeed the service would be of interest!?!

Hi Marky

That's a great idea!

If you want to do that it would be great, thank you!

Where would you like me to post the 'non league round up'?

I don't think many people look in this section!
