I'm a long way past 1: 2: 5: 6: 7: 8: 9: 10: lol.

I am very often tired, after a busy day, like yesterday!! Re No 3.
As for No . I do watch my diet, I don't want to put any weight on!! Got weighed this morning [every Sunday actually] and have managed to lose a pound this week. All that walking about. Well over my 10k steps already today, nearer 11K.

The No1 worry for most people is money related, surely.

I know it's MY biggest worry, and even more so now that I'm nearing retirement age.

I stopped smoking (it'll be 7 years in February), after smoking since I was thirteen years of age, and reaching forty a day, but the trouble is that I've piled weight on and from being 13st 10lbs, I'm now just over 20stone and I'm struggling to lose any.

It's affecting my health as well and to add to my worries, I've been diagnosed as being diabetic, type two.

Everyone was telling me that I'd done brilliant to stop smoking, but I'll tell you what, if I'd known how I was going to gain all this weight then I would gladly go back to my forty a day habit.

Well done for stopping though! But, my brother-in-law stopped over twenty years ago and has never been well since! It makes you wonder doesn't it.

I've never smoked but I do eat - a lot, too much!

I think my biggest ever worry is about my children - even though they are grown up!

You've done well to have never smoked Caz.

I started at Comp with a few other lads, thinking we were clever and that it made us look grown up in front of the others.
Little did we know that twenty, thirty, forty years later, having spent thousands on the habit, that we would become short of breath just climbing the stairs, and that stopping smoking would appear to be impossible.
