Chesterfield vs. Rotherham United

Saltergate

Millers go to Saltergate

The Millers will be hoping to keep their unbeaten record going when they travel the short distance to Saltergate for tomorrow's League Two encounter.

Lee Richardson's side have yet to win at home this season although they have won both away games and they were unfortunate to lose on penalties this week in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy after which, it was reported, that Spireite fans were calling for the managers head. The Spireites seem to have a weakness from set-pieces which will be of interest to the Millers.

Vital Quotes:

Mark Robins - It's a tough one for us. I think Chesterfield are capable of going straight up

Rob Page (Spireites Skipper) - We are looking forward to the game. And the crowd should be up for it as well which will add a bit of spice. The points deduction seems to have fired them up but we have prepared well for this game and are 100% up for it.

Chesterfield Team News:

Jack Lester will start up front and Trevor Carson should play after travelling back this evening from an Ireland U21 game. Jamie Winter came off during the Grimsby defeat on Wednesday but might be OK. Ex Miller, Gregor Robertson will probably start on the bench

Player to watch: Jack Lester

likes to score goals!

Rotherham United Team News:

Mark Robins doesn't seem to have any injury worries and it's possible that he could start with the same side that drew at Brentford last weekend

Player to watch: Ian Sharps

Solid at the back

Ref Watch:

Stuart B Attwell from Nuneaton

Next Fixtures:

The Millers are at home next Saturday, 13 September against Rochdale with a 3.00pm kick off
