Rotherham vs. Darlington

Don Valley Stadium

16 December 2008

7.45pm

JPT Preview

Rotherham United take on Darlington in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Area Semi Finals tomorrow night at Don Valley.
The Millers were without a game this weekend after it was deemed Don Valley too waterlogged to play while Dave Penney saw his team lose at Morecambe.
The Millers have beaten Leeds and Leicester to get this far in the competition and Darlington have got past Huddersfield and Bury.

Rotherham Team News:

The Millers could be down to the bare bones as on-loan 'keeper, David Stockdale and striker, Drewe Broughton are serving one match bans. First choice 'keeper, Andy Warrington and skipper, Pablo Mills are out injured and striker, Richie Barker is cup-tied.

Player to watch: Ryan Taylor

If Ryan is in the starting eleven or comes on from the bench he will have something to prove to his manager and the fans

Darlington Team News:

Darlington have a near full-strength squad with Alan White being in contention despite picking up his fifth booking of the season at the weekend. Pawel Abbott is a long-term ankle injury victim.

Player to watch: Franz Burgmeier

Midfielder who likes to have a shot at goal

Ref Watch:

Dean Whitestone from Northamptonshire

Next Fixtures:

The Millers travel to Accrington next Saturday, 20 December. It is a 3.00pm kick-off
