Rotherham vs. Morecambe

Don Valley Stadium

3 March 2009

7.45pm

Millers v Morecambe Preview

Rotherham United entertain Morecambe this evening at Don Valley, hoping to carry on with the good work from last month and get all three points, although, to be fair, they only managed to play three league games due to the bad weather!
Morecambe themselves have had a great February, playing seven games and getting fifteen points so I don't think this game will be easy for the Millers.

Rotherham Team News:

The Millers are waiting to see if a battered and bruised Drewe Broughton will be fit enough to play and, if so, the team is almost certain to be the same that beat Lincoln on Saturday.

Player to watch: Jamie Clarke

joined the Millers last month until the end of the season from Blackburn Rovers. The striker scored on his debut against Gillingham

Morecambe Team News:

Rene Howe is out with a hamstring problem and with Adam Parrish and Matt Blinkhorn still not fit, Sammy McIlroy will be set to name the same side that drew with Wycombe at the weekend

Player to watch: Dave Artell

Ex Miller, and Rotherham lad, who will probably want to show us what we are missing!
He is a no-nonsense defender

Ref Watch:

Trevor Kettle

Next Fixtures:

The Millers entertain Brentford at Don Valley on Saturday, 7 March. This is a 3.00pm kick off
