Rotherham vs. Aldershot

Don Valley Stadium

Millers v Shots Preview

Rotherham United could pull within a point of tonight's opponents at Don Valley if they carry on their winning streak in this re-arranged game.
The Millers haven't lost in the league since January and, for the last few games, have been playing the sort of football that could have seen them pushing for automatic promotion if things had been different.
Shots have taken four points from their last two home games and before that they had a heavy defeat at Bradford.
Rotherham will be wanting to avenge the 3-0 thrashing in the cup earlier this season

Vital Quotes:

Martin Khul - Aldershot Coach - Rotherham will be a good test for us - they are a side full of good, experienced Football League players. The playing surface at Don Valley is excellent

Rotherham Team News:

Pablo Mills and Jamie Clarke are expected to be fit after missing the 2-1 win at Rochdale on Saturday and Drewe Broughton is expected to return to the squad after receiving a head injury at Spotland. But with Ryan Taylor, Danny Harrison and Mark Burchill doing so well will Mark Robins want to change the side?

Player to watch: Reuben Reid

at last this lad has started to show us what he can do!

Aldershot Team News:

Ben Harding will be missing with an achilles injury. Scott Donnelly and Nikki Bull are rated at only fifty-fifty

Player to watch: Scott Davies

an attacking midfielder who is top scorer for Aldershot this season so far

Ref Watch:

Mike Oliver from Northumberland

Next Fixtures:

The Millers are at Don Valley on Saturday, 21 March when Chesterfield will be the visitors. The game kicks off at 3.00pm
