Rotherham United vs. Dagenham and Redbridge

Don Valley Stadium

19th December 2009

3.00pm

Millers v Daggers Preview

Rotherham United entertain Dagenham and Redbridge tomorrow providing the game survives an early morning pitch inspection.
This game is third place taking on fourth and should be an exciting but tough game with both teams not wanting to lose any points.
The Millers are unbeaten at Don Valley this season although they have drawn as many as they have won while Dagenham have only won three on their travels.

Vital Quotes:

Ronnie Moore - Dagenham are a quality side and are strong and physical and we will have to match them but I don't think there will be problem with that
John Still - Rotherham are more than a decent side and it will be a tough test but I'm planning to go into the game positive and hope to get a favourable result

Rotherham United Team News:

It's likely that Ronnie Moore will start with the same team that ended the game at Bradford last weekend. Nick Fenton is still out suspended while Paul Warne is still about ten days away from returning. Dale Tonge and Andy Liddell are still out

Player to watch: Kevin Ellison

wants to catch Alfie up on goals after bagging two last Saturday

Dagenham and Redbridge Team News:

Adam Miller and Nana Ofori-Twumasi have extended their loans so will be available while Scott Doe will continue to deputise for the injured Will Antwi. Stuart Thurgood is out for three months after having a cartilage operation.

Player to watch: Tony Roberts

Goalkeeper Roberts is quite a favourite with away fans because of his antics - it's just a pity he won't be near enough the fans at Don Valley to talk to us! Tony is the clubs record appearance holder.

Ref Watch:

Mr A Bates from Staffordshire

Next Fixtures:

The Millers are at Don Valley on Boxing Day when Darlington are the visitors. Kick-off is 3.00pm
