Millers v Lambs Friendly Preview

Ronnie Moore has one more chance of a pre-season win on Saturday at The Lamb Ground against Tamworth. The Millers have lost to Sheffield United, Leicester and Alfreton and have only scored one goal in the three games.
On the other hand, The Lambs have played four games, winning two, drawing one against Aberdeen and losing to a full strength Chesterfield side.

Vital Quotes:

Ronnie Moore - I want to field my first choice side against Tamworth. I'm looking for us to play at a high tempo and finish on a win

Tamworth Team News:

Seb Lake-Gaskin has an injury and Jake Sheridan will probably deputise for him again. Craig McKenzie might also be sitting this one out. Striker Nick Wright signed for Kidderminster Harriers yesterday

Player to watch: Kyle Perry

Perry joined Tamworth from Mansfield earlier this month and scored the equalising goal against Aberdeen

Rotherham United Team News:

The Millers have a host of injuries - already without Ryan Taylor and Tom Pope, Nick Fenton limped off in the game against Alfreton. Stephen Brogan and Jamie Green both played the Alfreton game while carrying injuries and Tom Newey has a hamstring problem. Johnny Mullins is also a doubt. However, it is hoped that Tom Elliott will be fit to play. It's also thought that Dale Tonge might get some minutes under his belt

Player to watch: Adam Le Fondre

Will want to score

Next Fixtures:

The Millers begin their season at Don Valley against Lincoln City next Saturday, 7th August with a 3.00pm kick off
