Rotherham United vs. Hereford United

Don Valley Stadium

16 April 2011

3.00pm

Millers v Bulls Preview

Rotherham United take on Hereford at Don Valley this afternoon under the new management of Andy Scott.

The Millers new manager and the back room team are still striving for the play-offs and a win today would be a big plus towards that place. Hereford, meanwhile, are in nineteenth place, fourteen points behind the Millers in tenth place. The Bulls pulled off a massive coup last weekend by beating top of the table Chesterfield three-nil whereas the Millers haven't won since beating Lincoln six-nil at the end of March.

Rotherham United Team News:

Andy Scott has confirmed that he will be picking the team tomorrow but he will be without Johnny Mullins who has a dislocated kneecap and could be out until Christmas. Andy Warrington is still out with a toe injury and Jamie Annerson will deputise again in goal. Scott will have to chose who to play up front from Adam Le Fondre, Tom Pope, Ryan Taylor, Liam Henderson and, if fit, Ian Thomas-Moore.

Player to watch: Ryan Taylor

Had a poor game last weekend but will want to show his new boss what he can do

Hereford United Team News:

Jamie Pitman will have Steven Leslie available after getting permission from Shrewsbury to extend his loan until the end of the season. Ryan Green has a shoulder problem but the Bulls are hoping he will be fit to play and it could be that Pitman will start with the same eleven who beat Chesterfield last weekend

Player to watch: Stuart Fleetwood

Stuart is in his second season with the Bulls and is top scorer so far this season with seventeen goals.

Ref Watch:

C Boyeson from East Yorkshire
