Rotherham United make one of their shortest trips of the season today when they take on Bradford City at Valley Parade - sorry the Coral Windows Stadium.
The Bantams have won their last two games, both in cup competitions. They beat Sheffield United on penalties in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy and Rochdale last weekend in the FA Cup. Their last win in the league came against Northampton in October, although they did well to get a nil-nil draw with Swindon at the County Ground with only ten men for most of the second half.
The Millers beat Barrow in the FA Cup last weekend and won their last league game at Don Valley against Aldershot. Rotherham's last away win in the league was way back in August against Crewe.
Andy Scott - It's a big club and there will be a big crowd and we are expecting a tough game. Bradford have had a couple of good results recently so they will be confident and looking to try and get themselves a mid-table spot and then push on from there. Phil's a good coach and he knows what he's doing and has brought in some players who have played at a higher level. They can play a couple of different ways and have got an experienced mid-field and we know that they will be desperate to get a home win under their belt.
Phil Parkinson - We've got to take the last two performances into the game this weekend. Being a Yorkshire derby the game will have that extra edge to it and the crowd, who have been excellent for us, can make a big difference.
Phil Parkinson will have Marcel Seip and Craig Fagan back in contention for this afternoons game and Nahki Wells has returned from his international duties with Bermuda. Simon Ramsden is a doubt with a groin injury. Ricky Ravenhill, who joined City yesterday on loan from Notts County, is more than likely to start.
Experienced midfielder who has scored three league and two cup goals already this season
Although the Millers will make a cheeky last minute plea to Phil Parkinson, it is doubtful that Bradford City will let Guy Branston play (though, as we found out last Saturday, never say never). Michael Raynes and Johnny Mullins played for the reserves on Monday afternoon, though it is thought that Mullins is the fitter of the two and is more likely to play. Andy Warrington could get the nod ahead of Conrad Logan in goal. Andy Scott will have Jon Harley available with Notts County not letting him play in the FA Cup last weekend. It's also probable that Danny Schofield could get a recall to the starting eleven.
Joined the Millers from Bradford and will want to show the Bantams what they are missing
Mark Heywood from Cheshire
